General Calvin Linus is a practical and experienced military man who is on a short list to be president someday. His best friend, Josh Hamilton, is a scientist with his head in the air, always thinking of solutions for mankind. Josh comes up with a crazy idea about how good health can be spread. It's so crazy he's afraid to tell anyone but Cal, who says with firm resolve to forget it. Josh is discouraged by the reaction and mentions his second discovery, but openly says he thinks its not worth developing because of the potential danger. Josh thinks he's found the secret to traveling time, but he's afraid to test it and concerned about what time travel really means for mankind.

Drew Navarone, a lab assistant, has no such compunctions. He steals the formulas and attempts blackmail. Cal comes to Josh's rescue and believes he's eliminated the threat, but Navarone escapes to a different time and perfects time travel as a tool to increase his own wealth, power, and influence.

 

Cal lives in 2016. He was never supposed to meet Maria Felatti. Their worlds should have never intersected. But due to Navarone's biological warfare in the year 2116, Maria is sent back to get help from Cal, Josh, and The Hamilton Program.
