This series was inspired by Agatha Christie and all the other great mystery writers of my youth. I got very good at guessing the killer, so I wanted to write a murder mystery and hide the killer effectively.That led to what is now part one of the series. My beta readers wanted more. I was happy to leave them wondering, but I decided I could say more. The series was born. I do suggest you read them in order for maximum understanding and pleasure.
Follow the course of a versatile and prolific serial killer from obsession to destruction.
Part One- The Gift of Murder
The series begins with Rachel Kennelly, a clinical psychologist. She has an unusual stalker. Instead of leaving the object of his obsession candy, flowers, or dolls, he leaves dead bodies with her business card attached. Follow him as he cuts a path through St. Petersburg, FL, as he tries to evade the notice of the police, FBI, and Rachel herself.
Part Two- Destruction
In Part Two of the trilogy, the chase resumes, this time in Texas. Robert John Hamilton III is a rich man, courtesy of his grandfather, RJ1, who runs the largest oil company in Texas. Against family tradition, Bob wants to be a cop, and has achieved his desires with his high-ranking role within the Crimes Against Persons Division in Dallas.
At least, he thought that, until he inherited a nightmare in the form of a botched FBI case, and a series of new high profile murders on his turf. Florida detective Hillary Jansen is sent to help out and lend her expertise from the last task force to catch Dallas 180. Before long, FBI Special Agent Robert Morrison is sent back into the fray as well, to redeem the reputation of the FBI, and try to save his own career. This time Dallas 180 starts with the governor's daughter. His audacity and cruelty only worsen. But, Dallas 180 has an Achilles heel, and that's Rachel Kennelly-Miller. When both Rachel and Hillary go missing, the people chasing Dallas 180 know he has them, and that they are in mortal jeopardy.
Part Three- Unmasked

He is evil, and he has kidnapped Hillary and Rachel.
The entire task force is after him. The surprise unmasking happens when the secrets from Part One and Part Two come together. The women learn it immediately because they are face-to-face with him, while the task force tries to isolate his identity and location using a combination of technology and good-old-fashioned detective work.​
The women have a more direct problem of staying alive minute-by-minute.
Success hinges on Rachel's ability to manipulate him during a tense cat-and-mouse psychological game, that includes enticing him to dismiss the idea of danger from Hillary because his torture has rendered her incapacitated and submissive. He should have known that would not stop her.
The final ending provides the closure needed, but still leaves the fundamental questions unanswered. How does a killer like this come to be, and how can society ever stop producing men like him?
